Life Slice

      This long snowy and incredibly cold winter is finally flowing to an end.  We will start our Spring Farmers' Markets in the first week of May.  We will be at the Shipshewana Market in Indiana on Tuesday and Wednesday, Grand Rapids, and Kalamazoo, Michigan and South Bend, Indiana on Saturday.  The other markets will start a little later in the season.

      We are planning to bring our marvelous pizza crusts, foccacios, bialys, and other unique baked goods to the markets.  This is my first blog and I intend to keep in touch a few times a week.  I plan on sharing the wonderful pizza recipes we try in the bakery and the ones that our customers have tried and shared.  You can't have too many pizza recipes!  That's for sure.
      Our many flavored crusts are available to order from this web site and you'll receive them in a day or so.  The other baked goods are available at the markets.  We hope to see lots of you next week.
